Terms of Use
Effective: April 29, 2026
By using The Mold Report ("the site"), you agree to these Terms. The site is built and operated by Julien Lepleux as a personal AI-curated news aggregator. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the site.
What this site is — and isn't
The Mold Report is a personal AI-curated digest of mold and indoor health news. Articles are summaries of public news, research, and government publications, written by an AI editorial pipeline I built. Each article links back to its original source. Our summaries are editorial in nature.
The Mold Report is not a medical provider, and nothing here is medical advice.
Medical disclaimer
This is not medical advice. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions. Biomarker references and research findings discussed on this site are informational only.
If you're in crisis or considering self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or your local emergency number.
AI authorship disclosure
Every article on The Mold Report is selected, rewritten, compliance-checked, and verified by an AI editorial pipeline. The original reporting belongs to the source linked in each article. The Mold Report's contribution is summarization, contextualization, and compliance review. This applies to every published article without exception.
Affiliate / publisher disclosure
The Mold Report is built and operated by Julien Lepleux, who also leads growth at MoldCo, a clinician-led virtual clinic for mold illness. MoldCo Care appears as a featured listing in our provider directory and may be referenced in editorial coverage. The Mold Report does not accept payment to influence editorial decisions; story selection, scoring, and rewriting are performed by the AI pipeline independent of MoldCo. Full disclosures on the About page.
